The innovative beliefs behind Dallas Innovation law come from DIL’s founder/shareholder, Vicki Dallas, and her traditional core values of providing clients with exceptional and strategic legal and business representation in a personalized, creative, efficient, and cost-effective manner. Vicki believes in building relationships with clients rather than focusing on solving legal problems one-dimensionally. She examines the situation from the ground up. This holistic approach allows DIL to have an authentic, unique understanding of your business, which opens the door to comprehensive solutions, and client relationships which are strong and enduring.

Vicki Dallas
Evridiki (Vicki) Dallas is a corporate and business attorney with more than 30 years of experience as a former corporate partner and shareholder in two major, regional full-service law firms. Vicki received her J.D. and L.L.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida. She has been honored with the AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell and the Super Lawyer rating by Thomson Reuters.
Vicki launched DIL in 2018 with a focus on providing bespoke legal services to her clients in the areas of lower middle market sell-side M&A, representation of emerging companies, and outside legal counsel representation.
Vicki is the Consulting Editor (Tax) of the Rutter Group California Practice Guide: Corporations, on the Legal Task Force for the Sports & Fitness Industry Association, and a Legal Mentor to San Diego Sport Innovators. She has lectured and written extensively in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, representation of emerging companies, and general corporate matters.
An avid animal and nature lover, Vicki enjoys spending her free time riding dressage on her PRE Liona, and her Connemara, Ophelia, and in the mountains skiing with her daughter and hiking with her family. Vicki loves bringing Riley, her Miniature Australian Shepherd, along on her riding and hiking adventures.
